Tracking/Where is my package?
The United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail Service shipments are trackable to your door and gives you warehouse-to-front door tracking at no additional cost, allowing you to easily monitor, locate, and track your ePacket package on these official websites:
You can find your tracking number in the order confirmation emailed to you or you can log in to your account. It may take 24 hours for your tracking number to return the correct information regarding your shipment.
Credit Card Authorizations
All credit card authorizations and address verification MUST be received prior to shipping any order.
Sexi Biker’s Business Days and Hours
Our business hours and days are from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (UTC-06:00) Central Time (US & Canada), Monday – Friday. We do not work weekends and holidays (therefore these are excluded from processing and shipping time frames). Please take this into consideration.
Order Processing Time Frame
Processing Time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Manufacturer handling time to process the entire order will take an additional 2-4 business days.
Delivery Time Frame
Shipping Rates, Carrier & Time Frame: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

Domestic Orders: (Orders within the USA) are shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail Express, which is the EMS ePacket mail service in the US. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items will usually arrive at their destination within 7-14 business days but can take longer from time to time.
International Orders: are shipped by Express Mail Service (EMS) ePacket, which is a global mail service operated by global post offices. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items will usually arrive at their destination within 15-30 business days but can take longer from time to time.
Holiday Time Frame
The above time is the average arrival time for shipping and processing. Some shipments may be delayed by holidays, bad weather or other reasons out of our control. In most cases, shipments should arrive by 60 days. If not contact Sexi Biker if you have not received your shipment by then.
Partial Shipments
Items may come in one shipment or in several individual shipments until your order is complete.

If you order exceeds $99.00 or more, shipping is free domestic or internationally.
For Returns, Exchanges or Refunds

Missing, Unsatisfied, Doesn’t Fit, or Damaged Items
- The shipment went missing or undeliverable shipments are returned.
- The estimated delivery time of the order has expired.
- If you are simply not happy with the product, the item does not fit, is too big, too small or what you received wasn’t what you expected (item received in terms of color, size, or model was all wrong), please take photos and email them with return authorization number (RA#) to our return team at returns@sexibiker.com.
- The item is damaged, used, defective, or in extremely poor condition, please take photos and email them with return authorization number (RA#) to our return team at returns@sexibiker.com.
Cancelling an Order
You can only cancel an order if the order has not yet shipped out. You will receive your refund between 3-15 business days. Contact us to cancel your order before it ships out.
